Psychotherapy/Counseling

I offer services from the comfort of your home, each lasting around 50 minutes. We utilize psychodynamic analysis to explore underlying issues and gain insight into personal dynamics. Additionally, I teach you how to integrate CBT and DBT skills to effectively cope with managing daily challenges and achieving long-term growth.

I offer one-hour EMDR sessions, utilizing the comprehensive 8-phase protocol developed by Francine Shapiro. We believe in the transformative power of EMDR to heal trauma and promote emotional resilience. Shapiro noted, "The past is present," emphasizing the importance of addressing traumatic memories. Our goal is to empower clients to process and resolve these memories, fostering lasting well-being and growth.
