Along with providing EMDR, I offer both therapy and coaching using a range of trauma-informed approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Understanding that trauma and relationship challenges affect everyone differently, I take a holistic and integrative approach, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic practices. In addition to therapy, I provide coaching for those seeking to build healthier relationships with themselves and others, particularly individuals struggling with codependency and limerence. Whether through therapy or coaching, my goal is to create a customized plan that empowers you to overcome obstacles and move toward a more fulfilling life.

I view symptoms and struggles as messages from the unconscious. Drawing from Jungian psychology, I support clients in exploring dreams, symbols, and inner narratives to facilitate self-integration, meaning-making, and personal transformation.

Psychotherapy/ Counseling/ Coaching

I offer both counseling and coaching sessions from the comfort of your home, each lasting about 45-60 minutes.

Counseling focuses on deeper, long-term healing through psychodynamic insight and integration of CBT/DBT skills. Coaching is more short-term and goal-oriented, helping you build self-trust, improve relationships, and move forward with clarity.

EMDR Therapy

I offer one-hour EMDR sessions, utilizing the comprehensive 8-phase protocol developed by Francine Shapiro. We believe in the transformative power of EMDR to heal trauma and promote emotional resilience. Shapiro noted, "The past is present," emphasizing the importance of addressing traumatic memories. Our goal is to empower clients to process and resolve these memories, fostering lasting well-being and growth.
